I currently live in the Spanish Hills Apartments. I am a single mother with a girl and a boy, which means I need a 3 or 4 bedroom home. I have only lived in two places in the 17 years I have lived here. I have good references and I am a section 8 participant, which means my rent would never be late and that I have been thoroughly screened. I am not used to living in apartments and would really like to move into a home. My children are my first priority though and I would like to keep them in their schools. My son goes to Spanish Springs High School and my daughter goes to Bud Beasley elementary. I am willing to relocate my daughter to any of the elementary schools in the Spanish Springs area. I would be a great tenant to have in your home.

My husband and I want to rent-to-own a house in Stagecoach, NV. We can not buy for another year and a half because of a bankruptcy. My husband has an good job though, due to an unfortunate event we had to file bankruptcy. We are currently renting a home in Dayton for 1100.00 a month. We have $3000 to put as a down payment. We are looking for at least a 3 bedroom home with property. The property has to be an acre or more. Any help would be appreciated.

Currently renting and looking to move out to the Mogul, Verdi and even NW area, 2 or 3 bedroom, reasonably priced, prefer single story home but open to look. Both professional in sales and with school district currently renting now. Tired of apartment living and looking for nice place with backyard and patio with a little space. Have rented two houses and then to apartment to downsize and apartment living is not good for us. Cheap land for a family to build their first house

Hi,

This may be a far fetched cry but I am hoping that someone out there is willing to part with property for realitively cheap. My husband is a carpenter and I would love for him to build us a house. We are a new family with a 5 month old and we really would love this opportunity. If anyone out there is willing to part with some land they have for cheap please let us know!
