Moving to NM seeking Southwestern/adobe/santa fe style of house on acres (for privacy not horses or cattle) we are mature purchasers who are looking for a special place with pretty setting. Views and mountains/rugged acreage is more appealing to us then flat pasture. We want a quality executive style of home, nice if there was a pool but not necesary. Home must have a garage and higher ceilings with larger windows for the views. Not keen on the 100 year old adobe home with the low ceilings. We both work from home so we would just need high speed internet. We love wood burning fire places, saltillo tile, and guest homes! Price range $500,000 – $1.5MM with owner carry/terms Down payments available and a 6 month pre-pay maybe a good option for us both. We have great credit and references.
